The purpose of the RVSB is to provide an opportunity for musicians of all ages to play together for enjoyment as well as to provide lasting musical and social values to both the members and the community. The band provides an opportunity for musicians of all ages to play again and gives talented players a chance to enlarge their musical horizons.
