RVSB PROGRAM ADVERTISING GUIDELINES

When you purchase an advertisement from the Raritan Valley Symphonic Band, it will appear in the concert program for each of the Band’s next three regular season concerts: March or April, June and December.

FORMAT, TIMING, TERMS

Copy and payment for ads must be received by the RVSB at least 2 weeks prior to the first concert in which your ad will appear.  Copy and payment may be sent to Millie Murphy, 244 Chandler Court, Hillsborough, NJ  08844 or given to a band member.  Copy may be sent electronically to mehal285@optonline.net.

Advertisers are responsible for their own copy.  Submit your advertisement copy in the selected size with payment by check made payable to the Raritan Valley Symphonic Band.  Copy submitted by e-mail in PDF format is preferred for best quality.  Copy submitted on paper should be high-quality black and white for best results.  RVSB reserves sole control over the content of its concert programs, including all advertising.  RVSB may accept or reject advertising for any reason.  In the event any concert program is not published, advertisers agree that their recovery is limited to a proportional refund of the purchase price.
